1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Letryapplication ("App", "we"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use the App.

2. Who can use the App

You must have the legal capacity to accept these terms under the laws of Brazil. By using the App, you represent that the information you provide is true and complete.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Permitted use

By using the App, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • Attempt to access restricted areas of the App without authorization;
  • Use the App to send illegal, offensive content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties;
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the App without prior authorization.

5. Intellectual property

All content, branding, layout, and code of the App are owned by Letry or its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you beyond personal, non-commercial use of the App.

6. Plans, pricing, and payments

If the App offers paid features, pricing and terms will be disclosed before purchase. We reserve the right to change prices with prior notice, with no retroactive effect on periods already paid for.

7. Cancellation and suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting us.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding continuous availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Letry will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and the courts of Letry's domicile shall have jurisdiction over any disputes, except as otherwise required by law.
